Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Rumi is currently an invite-only platform; access requires a valid invitation from an existing member.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account or transfer it to another person

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or ratings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including reviews, ratings, photos, and comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Rumi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
• Your User Content is accurate and reflects your genuine experience

Content Guidelines

Reviews and ratings should be based on your actual experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that:

• Is false, misleading, or not based on genuine experience
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material
• Violates the privacy of others
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, spam, or malicious content

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Rumi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google) to enhance functionality. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RUMI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Hotel ratings and reviews on the Service represent the opinions of individual users and do not constitute endorsements by Rumi. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any User Content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rumi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law
